Motherboard VGA White Light On

I have a constant issue when powering on my PC..the MOBO does its boot up test then stays on the white VGA light. I always have to unplug everything, take out the GPU & ram sticks, then wait 5-10 min and reinstall, then everything powers up fine. Is there something wrong w/ my build?
